Please read the following information carefully and contact me if you have any additional questions. These policies are in place so that I can provide you with excellent customer service.
If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will issue a refund, or repair the item if possible/desired. I insure all packages and track them. Please contact me right away email if there is a problem, I want to help and I want you to be happy with your order :)
If your jewelry arrives damaged please contact me immediately so I can make it right.
I will email you a pre-paid shipping label to cover the cost of returning a damaged item. If possible please include photo(s) of the damage so I can offer as many solutions as possible for you to choose from.
General disclaimer: in the event of human and/or technical error, every attempt will be made to correct the situation in a reasonable and timely manner. Prices and inventory are subject to change and availability. In the event of a typo (such as an incorrect price) or other issue, the customer will be contacted before the order is fulfilled to confirm the purchase and correct any problems.

- U.S. orders (shipped to a US destination) * may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee and the shipping fee. Buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance. Due to the expense of shipping, international orders are non-refundable and I am unable to accept any returns (if the item is lost or damaged, it will be refunded), thank you for your understanding.
- Please contact me before shipping anything back, for any reason, for an authorization code. I will not accept a return package that I have not been contacted about beforehand.
- Please insure your return package for the full purchase price. I also strongly suggest shipping it with tracking notifications. No refund will be issued if your return is lost or arrives damaged, please insure the full value with the carrier (post office, etc).
- Jewelry must be returned in original (unused, undamaged) condition, along with any accessories (chain, necklace, etc) and gift boxes.
- *Custom orders are non-refundable
- Please note: any items added as a gift with purchase/complimentary are As-Is and are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to: silver plated chains, gift boxes, and polishing cloths. This does not apply to limited edition pieces, please email me if there are any issues.
